What is a Dancing Down The Light event?

 

Dancing Down the Light is a two-hour gathering for all ages, Dancing together for a Common Purpose and Intention—Breathing and dancing down the light.  Inspired by the books Not-Two Is Peace & Prior Unity by The World-Friend Adi Da

 

 

What’s happening at the event?

 

Format

  • 5 minutes of welcome and introduction.
  • 20 minutes of guided Pneuma Yoga (breath, movement, and chi-gong exercises.).
  • 30 minutes of Dancing – a guided moving meditation through light and sound.
  • 20 minutes Sound Bath Healing with live music and essential oils.
  • 15 minutes of Kirtan Chanting
  • 30 minutes Community Network and Exchange.

 

All classes are accompanied by live musicians and recorded proprietary music created by Dancing Down The Light

 

Each class is 90 minutes with a voluntary  30-minute community connect at the end.

 

Wear attractive comfortable clothing you can move and dance in.

 

Alkalogic Water will be provided and we will be serving light nutritious delicious treats and chai tea after class.

Photo/Video Disclosure Statement

Dancing Down The Light will be taking photographs and/or video of its participants for use in print materials or by electronic methods. Your entry and participation in DDTL’s December 3, 2017, event grants permission for  DDTL to use these photographs and/or video in its marketing and public relations efforts.
