The ecstasy of union! This was the traditional meaning and purpose of Yoga — to unite with the light and love that Lives us.

 

Have you noticed the more we feel separate and isolated the more we feel troubled and depressed? When we rediscover our intrinsic (or native) capability to feel our inherent connectedness with all of life, only then are we truly happy and free.

 

Feeling and breathing this freedom, joy, and love, in and through our very cells, extending out to everyone and all. This yoga animates and expresses the heart-fullness of Dancing Down the Light!

 

Beginning with the breath– Whole-bodily breathing down the Light.

Rocking the body, conducting and moving life’s energy through sound and light.
